Tomato Basil Spaghetti Squash Bake

Delicious spaghetti squash is combined with basil, tomatoes, and cheese for a perfect and easy meat-free meal. Serve with extra shredded Parmesan cheese and crusty bread for a tasty everyday family dinner.
  • About 3 cups cooked spaghetti squash
  • 2 large garden tomatoes sliced
  • Kosher Salt
  • Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dried Basil, Dried Parsley for sprinkling
  • 5oz of fancy shredded Mexican cheese blend (separated)
  • Fresh Basil for Garnish

  1. You advertise this as a low carb recipe. Do you know how many grams of carbohydrates are in each serving? As a diabetic, this is important information to have in order for me to treat my disease.

    2. My husband is a severe diabetic and has a pump. I make him different spaghetti squash dishes 2 -3 times a week. Its his favorite and has no problem eating it. Its a lot healthier than pasta. This dish looks delicious. Think i will make it tonight. Thanks!!
