Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

Best home made macaroni and cheese ever. The point of the crockpot is to save time, so why not skip this step! Macaroni and cheese seemed like the perfect test recipe. When we were ready to eat, it was moist, flavorful and looked like mac and cheese throughout.
16 ounces macaroni
16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
16 ounces Colby cheese, cubed
16 ounces Velveeta (cubed)
1 stick of butter, cut into slices
16 ounces milk
salt & pepper, to taste
